Ray Dennis Steckler, the star and director of "The Incredibly Strange Creatures Who Stopped Living and Became Mixed-Up Zombies" has passed away earlier this week. TISCWSLABMUZ was the first ever Mass Invasion, and one of my favorite MST3K episodes. I haven't really seen any of his other movies (one of which is titled Rat-Pfink A Boo-Boo) and he may not have been the best director in the world. But you gotta admit he came up with some interesting stuff.
And also he kinda looked like Nicolas Cage.

NO!!! We just watched the "Incredibly Strange Creatures" episode less than a month ago. ("He really shouldn't frolick.") Fantastic episode and this guy was awesomely bad.
